Alyssa Joseph is internationally recognized teen gospel artist, vocalist, and performer. In addition to her music career, she is a talented songwriter, dancer, choreographer, and national radio co-host. Alyssa gained international recognition in July 2022 at the World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) in Los Angeles, where she earned the titles of Junior Grand Vocalist and Junior Grand Champion of the World.
In 2022, she was honored with the National Youth of the Year and the National Youth of Arts and Culture Award by the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service (MYDNS) on September 25th. Her most recent accolade came at the Gospel Music Awards of Trinidad and Tobago (GMATT) in April 2023, where she won the Young Artiste of the Year award.
Alyssa’s musical journey began at the age of 3. By 9, she released her first single, Cry for Peace, and at 11, she wrote and released her second single, You Fill Me Up. Over the past two years, she has released a total of 15 original songs.
