February is Reggae Month!

February is Reggae Month!

Once again, JDTAN is happy to collaborate with the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, this year on Reggae Month. Generally celebrated in and around Kingston, and sharing the month of February with Black History Month in the US, it includes lectures, documentaries, talent shows, and more. Reggae month is organized by the Jamaican Recording Industry Organisation (JARIA), the Ministry of Tourism, and the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment, and Sport.

This year, similar to the JCDC Festival Song Competition 2020, the Diaspora is invited to participate virtually. For a full list of events, review the calendar below and download the Reggae Jamaica app!
