Grenada earned nearly half a billion dollars from the Citizenship by Investment Program last year.

The authorities said nationals from China and Nigeria accounted for more than 2,000 of the approved 5,443 new citizens approved in 2024.

The government earned EC$472.9 million, but recently, the chairman of the CBI Committee, Richard Duncan, said fewer than 600 applications are expected to be submitted for this year because of Grenada’s decision to stop accepting Russians to the program.
