Representatives of the 41 member territories of CONCACAF, the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football met in Saint Lucia over the weekend. The FIFA President Gianni Infantino was expected to be among the delegates, numbering around 250.
They were here for the 40th CONCACAF Congress – the annual general meeting for the region’s governing body for football. Saint Lucia is believed to be the first small island developing state to host a CONCACAF Congress.
