The Academy for Women Entrepreneurs is accepting applications for Cohort 2 of its scholarship program for new student admissions for the period October 10th to January 5th, 2023. There are opportunities for study in the following fields: Business plan writing, Action plan writing, Capital action plan writing and Project proposal writing. The Scholarship covers Full tuition, Transportation costs, Access to computers and Some refreshments. Women who are 18 years or older at the start of the program can apply. They must have a viable business idea OR who have been in business for no more than 3 years.

Applicants must also be able to commit on average five hours per week to AWE, must be computer literate, own a laptop/tablet/desktop computer and have a reliable internet connection (mobile phones are not compatible with this program). Applicants must be dedicated and committed to completing the course and prerequisites and able to attend sessions/workshops on Mondays from 8 pm to 9 pm, Thursdays from 10 am to 12 pm, and Thursdays from 8 pm to 10 pm (attendance makes up 25% of eligibility to graduate).
