A refreshing tropical smoothie with the nostalgic flavor of a creamsicle—now upgraded with a high-protein twist! It’s still creamy and dreamy, but much more satisfying. Great for active lifestyles or anyone looking to sneak in more protein.
Ingredients (High-Protein Version):
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain + 1/2 tsp vanilla)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (20–25g protein)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or low-fat milk
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend everything until completely smooth.
- Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.
- Taste and sweeten if desired.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
