A refreshing tropical smoothie with the nostalgic flavor of a creamsicle—now upgraded with a high-protein twist! It’s still creamy and dreamy, but much more satisfying. Great for active lifestyles or anyone looking to sneak in more protein.

Ingredients (High-Protein Version):

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain + 1/2 tsp vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (20–25g protein)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend everything until completely smooth.
  2. Adjust the consistency with more milk if needed.
  3. Taste and sweeten if desired.
