True Value Building and Hardware Supplies Ltd. Celebrates 25 Years

Management and staff of True Value Building and Hardware Supplies Ltd, a successful business established in October 1998 in the south of the island, recently commemorated a remarkable milestone.

A recent press conference, held to mark its 25th anniversary, was a jubilant occasion for the True Value team – a celebration well-earned in the face of the many challenges they’ve faced in the last two and a half decades.

Managing Director, Debbie Tobierre, proudly recalls the modest origins of the business, tracing its journey from humble beginnings to what has now become a reputable group of companies not just in the south but throughout Saint Lucia.

Millar Tobierre, the revered patriarch, and Director of the enterprise, reflects on its legacy and the fact that their children, Kristin who is the General Manager and Kenneth, who is the Sales Manger are integral to the longevity and continued success of the business.

Legacy and succession planning have always been at the forefront of True Value’s strategic plan.

In the years that Millar and Debbie’s children Kristin and Kenneth have been part of the operations, they have seen a seamless transition of leadership which no doubt will add value to the already unsurpassed service experienced by customers island-wide.

True Value’s influence extends beyond the walls of its physical building and resonates within the broader business community.
